About Me
Hello and welcome to my teacher page! I am very excited to be teaching 8th-grade math here at Alcoa Middle School.
I am originally from Greenback, Tennessee. Yes, I know it's a small town! But, we have a lot of heart! Outside of spending 13 years in Loudon, I have lived in Blount County since marrying my wonderful husband 30 years ago. My husband and I have 2 boys. Our oldest and his sweet bride serve as worship leaders in their church. On the side, he enjoys making beautiful wood pieces for his woodworking business. Our youngest is currently serving our country in the Army National Guard. He attends college in KY where he is working on an Informational Technology degree and is on the wrestling team. My husband has been a pastor for the last 18 years. He is currently serving at a church in Blount County.
As for me, I love playing the piano, decorating our home, and spending time with family and friends. My husband and I enjoy hiking and I LOVE UT FOOTBALL. This year I am excited to get to support our Alcoa Tornadoes!
