Body paragraph 1:
First, the short story and radio play for Dark They Were, And Golden Eyed bring the story to life through the plot. The plot for the story and the radio play is that Americans go to Mars and get stuck on the planet and slowly turn into Martians. There is a war on Earth that leaves them stranded on Mars. While on the planet, the humans start to get taller, darker, and develop yellow eyes as well as the Martian language. This shows that the radio play and short story use plot to bring the story to life in a similar way. There are similarities and differences in the way the story is brought to life through characters as well.
