Cross Country Information
The goal of this program is to help students develop a healthy lifestyle, including both physical and nutritional fitness. Students develop leadership skills and learn how to maintain the balance of academics and athletics. Students learn to compete both as an individual and as a team. Proper running attire and shoes are a must.
- Available to: 6th, 7th, 8th graders
- Season: Our season begins in late July and goes through
October. Practices are held Monday - Friday, 3:30-5:00 pm
and the meets are on Tuesdays. We race a distance of 2
miles.
