Welcome

Hello and welcome to my page! I teach 6th math at AMS.

A little about myself- I have taught middle school math for 14 years. I taught for many years in the Chattanooga, TN area and I love being a part of the AMS family now. When I am not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my two children and my husband. I love being outside, exercising, and doing crafts of any kind.

For 6th grade math, we will utilize Google Classroom to keep assignments organized in one place. Our assignments will often link to other sites such as formative.com, Savvas, or Mastery Connect. Please look at the syllabus linked to the right to see information about grading and class policies!

For Career Awareness, we will also use Google Classroom to manage assignments and information.

Please feel free to reach out with questions or concerns. I love teaming up with families to find the best ways to support students. My email is [email protected]. You can also contact me by calling the middle school and using the phone directory or speaking to someone in the main office.
