Faculty Bio

This will be the start of my 17th year teaching science. I started teaching in West Tennessee at the high school level. In 2014 I decided to move back to East Tennessee to be closer to family. I am truly blessed to be able to work at Alcoa. The kids love school and the community is so supportive of the school system. 

 

I worked at Alcoa High School for 5 years before making the jump to the middle school level. I am always amazed at the excitement 8th graders bring to school every day and their willingness to share their thoughts and participate.
